Problem:
Remote Genesys user unable to connect to Genesys / Internet Explorer/Browser from remote or home pc setup.
Resolution:
Please ask the user for the following information: Host Machine Name, Unit Location Name, User ID.
(please note: This is not available inside the Genesys network. You must be on Internet outside Genesys to access this site).
2. For Internet Explorer 6.x and under, the following Security Alert will be presented. If you have Internet Exploere 7.x or a different Internet Browser, the security alert may appear differently.
Click on “Yes” to continue, or the appropriate choice to allow you to continue.
